Confidant Software Return Policy

Confidant comes with a 30-Day unconditional return policy.  This means that if you wish to return any Confidant products within 30 days of their purchase date you may do so by sending us an e-mail at support@confidantsoftware.com.

In your e-mail, please let us know (although you are not required to) why  you are returning Confidant, and please state (this one is required) that you have deleted the Confidant program from every computer on which it had been loaded.

After we receive your e-mail, we will promptly refund your entire purchase price.

Please note that if you are not certain that Confidant meets your needs, we encourage you to order a free trial version of Confidant prior to purchasing it. The trial version provides you with all of Confidant's features except that you can only enter a maximum of 5 clients. (The full version has no restriction on the number of clients supported.)
