Confidant comes with one free year of customer
support!

Support period is
calculated from your date of purchase.

Additional years
can be purchased for $95 per year per user.

Our
customers receive an e-mail reminder when their free-product-support period is
coming to an end. You can easily purchase additional coverage on our
website.

Those customers wishing to purchase product support more
than 60 days after their coverage has lapsed will be required to pay an additional
reinstatement fee.
While product support coverage is in effect, our
customers receive all of our program "fixes" and program
updates at no
charge.
When a new version of Confidant is released,
customers under coverage can upgrade to the new version at no
cost.
Product support can be obtained
Monday-Friday
(excluding legal holidays) from 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST, in a number of
ways:

By e-mail.
We encourage you to communicate with us via
e-mail: please send us an e-mail and we will respond as soon as possible.
We endeavor to
respond to each email within 2 hours of its
receipt during business hours or within 24 hours on a
non-business day.

By telephone. If we can't resolve your issue fully and promptly by
e-mail, we will be happy to resolve your issue by
telephone. We will ask you to e-mail your telephone number to us and indicate the best time for
us to call. If you choose to call us, we do endeavor to answer each call in person, but
that is usually not possible -- in which case you will be sent to our voicemail. Please
leave a message (as detailed as you'd like) and we will respond within 4 hours
of its receipt on a business day or within 24 hours on a non-business
day.
